Born and raised in Houston, Texas, and a happy resident of the Triangle area of North Carolina for the past 7 years, I bring both a Southern-rooted work ethic and a deep understanding of local markets to every client interaction. With 7 years of real estate experience—including 6 years as a licensed real estate broker and 1 year in property management as a leasing agent—I’ve helped clients navigate a wide range of transactions across North Carolina. If you are my client as a buyer, not only does it cost you nothing to have me represent you, but I also credit money from my commission toward your closing costs, cover the transactions fees, and through our recommended lender, can credit money to home warranty and bank appraisals (limited vouchers). If you are a seller, I have a highly customizable pricing package where you can pick and choose which marketing methods you would like me to invest in with transparent costs though a concierge service format.
When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring the unique communities of the Triangle, tracking the latest market data, and spending time with friends at local bars. Walks around lakes, ponds and local trails during the evening is also something I find exciting to do on my free time. I simply love the community the triangle area has built, and am always finding new cools things and facts about it that I love sharing to clients.
